TALENTHON

Overview:

Talenthon aims to find the best talent in Goa and all across India, and reward them for their skills and hard-work with huge cash prizes and job opportunities.

Who can participate?

Any individual / team of developers can participate.

They must have the capabilities to build a web-app using firebase.

Rules:

1. Individuals / teams must sign up on or before the 10th of September, 2020. Registered individuals will be assessed for qualification.
2. When signing up, they will have to provide details of their past projects and their involvement in them.
3. The Panelists will determine 5 teams based on the data submitted to qualify for the development round.
4. The 5 qualifying teams will be given an NDA as well as a letter of consent that will give the company rights to the projects created for and during the event. They will then receive the requirements, and will have 2 weeks to create the project adhering to the requirements given to them.
5. After the deadline is crossed, all submitted entries on or before the deadline that have been completed with all the requirements will be put forward to the panel for judging.
6. The panel will determine winners within the next 2-3 days.
7. The winning individual / team will be awarded a prize of ₹1.5 Lakhs, and the 1st and 2nd runner up individuals / teams will be awarded prizes of ₹25k and ₹25k respectively.
8. Talented engineers from the Talenthon will be offered jobs as well.

Benefits:

Prize pool of ₹2,00,000 /- (₹2 Lakhs) for the winners.
