About Program
A Series of Programs: FiiRE for Startups offers a global series of investment readiness programs designed to support and empower startups from various domain i.e. Sustainable Startups, CleanTech, Waste Management, EV, Climate directly indirectly Startups supports TourismTech. Each investment readiness program brings together a cohort of 10-15 top Startups that share a common goal of tackling specific technical challenges to drive business growth. The programs combine a mix of remote and in-person activities, including 1-to-1 mentoring, group learning sessions, and sprint projects.
Tailored, Expert Help: Founders participating in the investment readiness programs have the opportunity to outline their top technical challenges. They are then matched with relevant experts from both FiiRE and the industry who possess the expertise to address those challenges and help the startups grow their businesses. This tailored support ensures that founders receive the specific guidance and solutions they need to overcome obstacles and drive their startups forward.
Specialist Deep Dives: Mentorship and technical project support, FiiRE for Startups Investment Readiness Program offer specialized deep dives and workshops. These sessions focus on key areas such as product design, customer acquisition, and leadership development for founders. Through these deep dives, founders gain valuable insights, practical strategies, and actionable knowledge to refine their product offerings, acquire and retain customers, and develop their leadership skills.
Program Benefits:
- The applicant startup must be a company registered in India, preferably be a DPIIT registered / applied startup and should have completed a minimum 3 months of association with the incubator in its resident or virtual incubation
program. - The applicant startup should have developed clarity on Unique Selling Preposition (USP) through customer validation and value proposition for its targeted customers.
- This support is not meant for Indian Subsidiaries of MNCs/foreign companies. Persons holding Overseas Citizens of India (OCI). Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) would be considered as Indian citizens for the purpose of this scheme.
- The shareholding by Indian promoters in the incubate startup should be at least 51%.
- Preference will be given to startups, who have not availed any funding from any Government of India / State Govt. body.
i. Location and Operations:
The business must be located and perform the majority of its operations in India. This ensures that the program focuses on supporting startups within the Indian ecosystem.
ii. Minimum Business Tenure:
The business should have been in operation for a maximum of 3 years. This criterion ensures that the program targets startups that have already established some level of stability and experience in the market.
iii. Operational Status:
The business must be actively operating and engaged in its chosen industry. This ensures that the program supports startups that have demonstrated their commitment to their entrepreneurial journey.
iv. Full Participation in the Program:
Selected Startups must be willing to fully participate in the program as outlined by FiiRE. This includes attending workshops, mentorship sessions, networking events, and other program activities. Failure to actively participate may result in removal from the program.
v. Theme Focus on TourismTech:
The program primarily focuses on Startups associated with the TourismTech Sector. This includes startups directly or indirectly involved in areas such as waste management, electric vehicles, solar energy, sustainability, and other related domains which helps tourism industry growth. The aim is to support Startups that contribute to the growth and innovation of the tourism industry in alignment with sustainable practices.
- INR 30,000 Per Startup With 1 Founder / Co-founder Working As A Full Time (Director)
- INR 20,000 Per Startup With 1 Led Female Founder / Co-founder Working As A Full Time (Director)
